The hotel had a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shopping area. The staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or concerns. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus, providing a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the city views.
The rooms were a bit basic and could use some updating, particularly in terms of the decor and furnishings. there were some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

Modern hotel design unlike most others in the area. Lots of effort goes into being different, lots of choices on room decor. Very close to the beach and promenade. Good restaurant and beach club. Great views from the rooftop. Easy parking.
The hot tub wasn't working. The pool closed at 4pm on a weekend and there is no access to the rooftop after hours. The furniture in some rooms is non-functional and only there for design purposes. The corridor lighting is dim. You have to keep in mind that it is a "Concept" hotel. There is heavy construction next door that will continue for some time.

Fantastic hotel, great location and very good value for money. The rooms are fun and quirky with each floor being themed on a different continent, and the rooftop pool offers fantastic views and a great way to relax without the bustle of the street.

Not alot
Breakfast was a "joke". Incompetent staff, no food and service was terrible. I gave up after 15 minutes of waiting and being ignored. Hotel decoration is "tired" and in need of a major re-paint. No matter of hype and funk can hide what is fundamentally a tacky and tired looking hotel.

location
you had to use your room key to operate the elevator, which didn't work most of the time The smell when the elevator door opened to our floor was over powering, and quite discusting. thank god it didn't permeat into our room. the decore was so tacky , bright purple and turquise, was not condusive to relaxation. the lighting in the hall way was so dark you could hardly see your room number the spa, if you could call it that, had not been working for 2 weeks before we got there. The swimming pool was freezing and full of sand. The hot tub was cold and not working ,the steam room or humman room was not working. There were massage therapist offering their services. I felt that we should have been reimbursed, for the lack of spa facilities, We had booked that hotel because of the spa..There were plenty of other hotels around iess expensive without the spa.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, being near the main tourist attractions like the port of Yachting festival and stmargarirte island. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and professional. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a television. The dining options were also top-notch, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The leisure facilities were impressive, including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. we had a fantastic experience here.
We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Location is very good, pool & Jacuzzi have a nice view. Rooms design is nice.
The Jacuzzi was cold all the time (they didn't hear about the option to warm the Jacuzzi...)

Funky decor
It was so so so dark inside, you couldn't see where you were going and it felt a bit intimidating going down dark long corridors as a single female traveler. The bar was not open so there was no place to chill and relax other than the room.

Location
Staff are ineffective and unhelpfull. Guest staying there are unconcerned about making noise or keeping the place clean unhygenic hotel, booked for 10 nights checked after 5 nights of consistantly asking to speak to manager (with not being able to meet her).

The location is truly great.
Bad services, rooms are too small, walls are too thin, could hear everything outside the room.

The internal theme and style, and the staff were professional.
There was a leak of water from the a/c which was not fixed during my stay. I was in room 211. As for value for money, i've stayed in better hotels and much more facilities and cheaper rates. I understand that this is the normal rate in Cannes, however it's not value for money at all in comparison to our hospitality and services here in the uae.
